When my CP 1500 quit working, there is NO out of warranty support!! Only solution given, buy another unit. I will but NOT a CyberPower!!

CYBERPOWER DENIED CLAIM

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! No surprise this company denied my claim. I knew that would happen based on all the horrible reviews Cyberpower has by hundreds of dissatisfied customers. Cyberpower never intended on making good their bogus warranty. These alleged "engineers" (yeah, right!) are obviously wrong because my computer was fine until the power surge. They aren't smart enough to explain to me how, then, did my motherboard get fried? The computer was the only thing plugged into that unit. Then let me tell your "engineers" and I use that term loosely since they aren't smart enough to figure this out: It got fried because that piece of junk battery did NOT do it's job. Simple and gee I'm not even an "engineer". Your company does not want to admit they sell junk and then do not honor their warranty. I will post on Google and my Facebook page how awful this company is and to NOT ever buy any products by Cyberpower. I posted a hotel review last year. I scored 3,000 hits so I bet I'll have tons of people reading this review I will write about Cyberpower. Not that it will matter to a dishonest company like Cyberpower but it will sure make me feel better if I warn people not to buy Cyberpower junk and even one person listens. The letter I received states "we are sorry...but we have to follow our policies and procedures".... Of course you do and they are: Do NOT pay out claims. It only stands to reason my claim as well as, I am sure, thousands of other claims, are rejected since the Company who allegedly "tests" the units for failure just can't find anything wrong, with the unit so therefore, NO CLAIM! SORRY!!! PUH LEASE!!!
